This week is just not ending on a good note.
My sister just e-mailed me that she had an u/s yesterday (she's 6 weeks 5 days) and they couldn't find a heart beat.  They told her to come back next week for another u/s to double check. She's been trying for 10 month now and they had just put her on thyroid meds and she got pregnant.
I am soooooo bummed right now! That is the last thing I want to hear. Why can't something good happen already?

Aww hunnie that is terrible! I pray that they made a mistake and when she goes back in they see the heartbeat. Your both in my prayers.

Trish, Try and keep her and you positive. Maybe they just couldn't find it this week. You both are in my throughts this weekend. Hope there is a good strong HB next week!

I am so sorry to hear that Please tell your sister that she is in my thoughts and prayers. Of course, also extend an invitation for her to join us if the next u/s doesn't go well. I hate this is happening to your family, I know she will be a nervous wreck for the next week.

I wish that was the case, but not very likely, as she was going in for u/s to see when she'd O. So she pretty much knows the date. She's not even sure if the fetal pole was there.

Oh I am so sorry! That is terrible! Maybe it was too early though. I hope next week's ultrasound is better!

I will keep praying for your sister.. I really really hope it was just too early to hear a heartbeat and that they hear it next week... I am so sorry, its so hard to have to go through.. (((((hugs)))))
