Well, the lovin' starts this weekend. I'm still trying to get myself motivated for TTC this month, since I'd much rather be 7 1/2 months pregnant like I'm supposed to be. So I thought I'd get some ideas on how to be romantic while TTC. What do you guys do to set the mood?

Go buy some bras + panties that make you feel preeeeeettty! Maybe a steamy movie, some wine? Or you can wait until he falls asleep and wake him up with a little lovin.

Hi Rebecca, glad you're TTC this month

Brad and I usually get into the tub (we have a hot tub / whirlpool sized tub in our bathroom), soak in the water and wash each other up. Then we get to pick out what cologne / perfume we want the other to wear (steton is my fave for him ) and then into bed.

If we want to "draw it out" sometimes we'll clear the living room (it's kinda small) and lay a blanket down on the carpet and have a "picnic" on the floor with sandwiches, chips, etc and watch a movie. Then maybe make out for a bit before the BD begins.

Sometimes we'll also cook a special meal for the other one (since I have panic attacks and anxiety disorder we don't eat out much) and try to make it sexxy. KWIM? Like if I make him lasagna I'll cut it with heart shaped cookie cutters afterward and serve him "my heart" and sometimes we'll feed each other dessert.

Since Brad is kinda heavy in the belly, I love just snuggling with him on the couch watching a movie, resting my head on his belly and rubbing his legs / thighs and him running his fingers thru my hair.

I know some of these are kinda corny, but that's what we do and you wanted input
I know you will do something spicy to get into the mood! Does anyone else have any other ideas?? I'd love to hear them as well! Good Idea Becca!

My DH is such a horn dog all I have to do it look at him in a special way and it's on. Sometimes I don't even have to do that much.

Maybe some sexy lingerie? Dh would love to see me in it, but I tell him it's a waste of $$ and just easier for me to be naked when the time arises.

You also need to do what makes you feel comfortable. Even if you just wear one of his dress shirts. I know that can drive some men crazy!!

Hmmm..I suggest the lingerie too! It's not so much of the money being spent on it, because let me tell you, sometimes its a waste to even go look at it! It's the whole thing of, you made the effort for him, KWIM?

I love wearing G-Strings for Diego!!! They look soooo sexxxy! Go to La Senza and buy 5 for $25 and a cute lace bra that will go with them all! Maybe 2 of them! You won't wear all 5 at once nor both bras at once, so it'll all last. Seeing his face when you drop your pants or walk out of the bathroom with it on will make it all worth it!

BF is a horn dog too, so, the G-String is enough to make him go crazy!

I am with stephanie, I really don't have to do anything to get DH in the mood. As a matter of fact, when I am not ready to BD I have to stay 3 feet from him at all times or he will grab me and ask if I want to BD!!! LOL

I have to agree... Do something that makes YOU in the mood. Most of the time the man is always in the mood.. I always start early.. little hints.. (and it gets me more into the mood when the time comes) Sexy Panties and one of his shirts.. I have my (F# *K me pumps.. as my dh calls them) Stelito heels... HE LOVES them... Good luck... But most of all have fun... nothing is more stressfull than feeling like you have to punch the clock to have sex!

Yeah, "Wanna do it?" is all DH needs I'm trying to get me in the mood, however. I like the lingerie idea, I got some nice stuff at my wedding shower that's been hanging in the closet since we TTC Ethan.

I have no idea what to tell you as far as getting in the mood goes, DF is, well, presistant we'll say and thats a turn on for me. I was gonna suggest pretty undies and bra's, candle light, curling up and watching a movie together, and if all else fails, throw on another kinda movie *wink* Works for me! lol

This is the same thing I do! Joe as well, has a little extra love and our sofa is one of them new state of the arts uncomfortable tiny seating things, and its hard to curl up together. Soo I always do what you sugested, glad to know I'm not the only one!

Man... I'm the crazy one in my relationship! DH is always tired and I have to think of things to get him in the mood all the time! Fortunately, he wants children enough to suck it up and DTD without too much complaining. Still, lingerie is nice sometimes. If you want to be romantic, there's always a good date (don't eat too much - men get so tired after eating too much!), some music, dancing in the living room, a stroll, candles, etc... if romance is not what you need then I should stop here before I embarrass myself...
