I have! I used it last October, got pg & m/c in Dec. Then went back on it in January. It really helped regulate my period. I was having 40-60 day cycles, and I got back to 30-days. I believe you need to take it for 3 months to have good results.

I took it in March of 07 and by May I had gotten pg. I had a m/c but..that was from my own body nothing to do with the Vitex.I think it worked great as well

that's what I did, just to be safe, but I've heard of other taking it through their 1st trimester.

I've heard good things about it, especially as a natural alternative to issues related to PCOS. Hope ti works for you!
Missy, you can usually find it at health food stores, or sometimes in bigger stores that have natural/organic sections in them.

I tried it for a month when ttc. I was O'ing on cd17/18 and the month I started the Vitex I O'd on cd14. I got pregnant but miscarried right away. But after that my cycle was pretty screwy for a while. I went from O'ing on cd17, then cd14 and then I was O'ing cd10-11, which is too early.
I think the Vitex is what caused my O date to change to so early in my cycle. After a couple months of not using it, my cycle went back to normal where I was O'ing cd13 and I'm not 14 weeks pregnant.

i have used it... i was using it to try to stop the spotting i have pre af.. I was using it all cycle (for that reason) but a lot of people take it i think up until O? or was it from O??? oh dear... i can't remember exactly. Its also called Chaste Tree tablets.
It didn't really help me much.. mind you, after 2 or so months taking it I was preg - but m/c again.. im not sure if it was the vitex though because nothing about my cycles actually changed??? and the spotting did not stop nor did it decrease
good luck, its worth a try but it is meant to take a few months to get any results.. oh and you should take it when you first wake up.

AF showed up it's kind of weird and alot of pains which is unusual but atleast it will get me closer to the 2WW by her arriving.
Thanks guys I will take it first thing in the morning and see what happens. Also I spoke to DH about me using it and he actually said if I want we can go to the IVF clinic to have testing it was sweet he said they haven't tested my sperm yet sorry for tmi that is a huge step for him I am so proud when he said no IVF if we don't fall preg meant no testing turns out I am wrong so if I get a bfp this month I will get a referral to get testing done I am very excited!!
