My BF is making a trip home today! (He has been out of town working with a new job and called me to say he is flying home today for a few days!!!!!!!) I am so excited as I did not think I was going to see him for a few more weeks! Talk about butterflies in the stomache!
Anyway, I am ovulating this morning. Is it possible to get pregnant after I O? Like if we DTD late tonight or tomorrow morning is it too late?
I am so happy just to see him regardless!
Yippppppeeeeeee

I think it's possible. I say this only because on fertility friend and the fertility monitor I used before it would tell me I'm still fertile the day after I O. I'm no medical expert but that's just my 2 cents. GL!!! Have fun trying.

Thank you ladies for your answers and support. I am super happy to be able to see him no matter what. It has been 3 weeks and feels like 3 years! I have a new found appreciation for those that are married to the military and their SO's are away from them for so long.

YES YES AND YES! Once you detect a +O you should ovulate between 24-36 hours later. The catchy part is when you picked up the surge. If it's on it's way up then bingo... if you caught it on it's way down you may only have a few hours, however the egg can survive for up to 24 hours as far as I know.....so have fun BD'ing tonight! And I wanna see that BFP in a couple of weeks!!!

I just dropped him off at the airport. It was so awesome spending time with him. We had so much fun with the boys yesterday. We took them to bowling and playing pool and out to dinner with friends and the boys had fun staying out with us until 1am.
I cried in his arms for the baby and he just held me and it felt so good to let it out and have him here with me. It was so healing.
9 days until testing!
You girls are so awesome. Thank you for everything.

I'm glad you had such a fun time!!!! And I remember being your son's ages and going out on a "date" with my daddy (I'm a total daddy's girl) and getting to stay out "sooooooo late!". Those days were so much fun. Now I stay up until 1 am and I am WIPED the next day...hehe.
I hope the next 9 days fly by for you!!!

Thanks for sharing your story! My boys love going on "dates" with me. Usually teenagers are all shy about hanging out with their parents, but they are so great with me. They even hug and kiss me in public still. Maybe it is because I have raised them on my own but they are so protective of me. They even hold the car door open
I hear ya on staying up late, I have no clue how I did it when I was younger!
