sorry, silly question. Is green tea with mint ok to drink while ttc and/or preg? I have been really enjoying it lately.

Does anyone know if it contains caffine?

TIA for the help

No adverse affects that I know of. I think Green Tea is typically caffeine free.

In my opinion if you enjoy it and it helps you to relax, it's good in moderation.

I'm thinking your fine. It should say on the label if it has caffeine in it or not, but like sara said, in moderation i'm sure it's fine

yeah i checked on the label and couldn't find anything on there about caffine.

I have been having one, maybe 2 cups a day and its just nice to have something to warm me up when its cold... and it tastes pretty yummy... someone said though that it affects the way we absorb folate - which could of course be bad?
