I have my 2nd u/s tomorrow afternoon. It's been almost a week since I was last spotting (which is good because this is the longest time since I got my BFP that I have not bled). Last week they found a gest sac and a yolk but no baby. God I hope they see something tomorrow. I'm a nervous wreck  . With all the bleeding I don't feel hopeful, but I can't help it, because there is always a chance....
