Does everyone chart and temp or are some using other methods?
Just curious.

I have decided that I wont chart/temp this first cycle. I have an idea of when I ovulate and I will be using OPK's.
If I don't get PG this cycle (which, the baby that we lost we DTD only ONCE and got PG) then I'll probably temp.

I don't temp and I actually don't even use OPK's. I was using OPK's last cycle but then went on holidays and didn't keep it up long enough to actually get a positive. I am just "knowing" when I will O (by dates) and BDing when we want to. I guess you could say it is more of a not trying, not preventing method but I certainly feel like it is "trying".

I never charted or temped because I have an irregular schedule and wake up at different times every day (more like I have NO schedule LOL). But I did use OPK's this last time and got pg within 2 cycles of OPK use.

I chart & temp. I've used OPK's for a year and 3 cycles ago I bought a fertility monitor.

We haven't yet, this is my first normal cycle since my Feb 1 m/c. We might consider it in the future, but I don't know how good I would be at it, I tend to be a bit forgetful!

I don't temp but am thinking of buying and trying OPKs if we don't get a BFP this cycle. I have PCOS though and sometimes OPKs are unreliable for us.

According to my RE, you don't actually have to do it at the same time every morning. I don't, and whil my chart looks a little weird this time, last time (when I got pregnant) it was textbook.
I swore I would never chart and temp, and then I found out I had PCOS and needed help ovulating. I'm glad I do - last time I knew I was pregnant well before I POAS because of my temperature!

I temp and chart! I didn't for the first 2 months after my m/c, but have now been temping for a year. It becomes rather addicting!

Thanks for sharing ladies. I have just gone by an online ovulation calendar and that worked for me in the past. I think I am just obsessing so much about being pregnant that I am thinking of exploring other options.
I am a poas addict, I can't imagine what would happen to me if I started temping ect...

I just started temping this cycle. it's a bit tricky for me cause even though during the week I do get up at the same time, but because I have a little one you never know when my sleep will be interrupted. So I've been trying, doing okay so far. I also use the OPK and watch my CM. I also get pain during O, so I kind of know when I'm O'ing.
