Oh, this must be so frustrating! What does the doc want you to do? Maybe you're Oing now???? If that's the case, quick, catch the egg!!!! Do you temp or use ovulation predictors? Just wondering. Both BBTs and the kits really helped me figure out my wacky cycles after my loss. Good luck and KUP. (I'm hoping you still get your BFP this cycle!)

Are you charting at all or using OPK? Why does your doctor think you didn't O?? It could be that you O'd later than you think and that's why you are still getting BFN. I can tell you that when I was pregnant around 5 1/2 weeks I would get these sharp pains by the ovary and after doing an u/s the doctor determined that it was the corpus luteum cyst bothering me. Will your doctor do a blood test to double check if there are any traces of hcg in your system?? good luck - I hope it's just a late BFP.

my sister had wacky cycles like this, and had bad pains as well. She went to the dr. for that and the fact that she tried to concieve for two years after her son. Turns out she was not ovulating, the eggs were being absorbed into a cyst that just kept getting bigger and bigger. Finally with the size of a grapefruit on her tube, she went on the pill for 4 months to get the cyst to go away and regulate her cycles. She got pregnant about a few months off of the pill. I hope you catch whatever it is in time before to much time goes by and pain. Good luck to you.

Jeez that's frustrating. I think it's normal not to O once in a while but having normal cycles I wouldn't worry too much. Getting some internet cheapie ovulation strips would be my advice. And if you do have some pain maybe you're O'ing right now, could this have been a wacky cycle due to stress, diet, exercise??? I've only had a couple times in my life where I've just altogether skipped a period for no apparent reason. When I was in college I just blamed it on stress, so who knows?
