I have twin 16 year old brothers and I have been staying at my parent's house to watch them for the last 6 days while my parents are away. I think I am going to kill them Their nonsense and shenanigans are THE most effective birth control I have ever been exposed to. If i was their mom, DH and I would not be TTC. In fact, we'd never have sex again.

So I salute you, TTC Mommies with Teenagers at home, for raising giant pains in the butt and being so good at it that you can actually want to have more.

Oh Rebecca YOU ARE TOO FUNNY!!!! I love you girl... I have an 18 yo son. I can't say about twins.. but having him has been fun... He did however turn into an alien a few years back.. His body has since been released and has once again began to become human. As so will your bothers in time. You will be surprised how close in the future you will become with them. I have a younger brother, 7 years younger.. I felt the same way about him... Just wait you will see they do turn back in to humans.

I admit to having a good chuckle at your expense Rebecca. I used to tell DH that if we were ever to think that we wanted kids that we should go to Walmart or McDonald's and the feeling would go away!

Oh that was too hilarious!!! I go through the craziness with all 3 of my boys being teenagers at the same time. But you know what... I wouldn't change it for the world. They are so awesome!

Kary - I have a 14 year old alien right now. I don't know what and whom has taken him over but I hope they give him back soon!!!!

I love my brothers, and we are exceptionally close. They are usually better behaved, and I'm usually less tired. They normally only treat my parents this way

Now that was even funnier! One time the boys were all just going crazy, totally hyped up on soda and sugar. They were play fighting upstairs and completely OUT OF CONTROL! They were not listening at all, I had a migraine headache and I was about to.... ok. so I caught my composure and made them sit in a circle in the middle of the floor and hold hands and look at each other.

It lasted about 2 minutes and they were so calm the rest of the day

Kary that is hillarious about an alien invading his body. I guess that pretty much sums it up. LMAO My dd is turning 10 this year and I am so not looking forward to her becoming a teenager in the future. She already has way too much attitude. And I have a 16 year old sister also, but besides being a bit mouthy, she's pretty calm and well behaved. I'm glad you are back home Rebecca and can relax now!

Aww Rebecca, poor you and Daisy!

I have 5 younger sisters (right now, ranging in age from 14-23). As orphans, I've felt like a mom figure to them for a long time. It's been an amazing, scary journey with them as they grew from babies to teenagers and now young adults.
