I am 4dpo, and I had KILLER cramps when I woke up this morning, until about lunchtime. Google has a lot about implantation cramping, but it says that's not until 8dpo. Does anybody know if this is an EPS, or just random weirdness?

Id love to know too!! Im 7 dpo and for the last 2 days i have had cramps like af but more to one side...

depending on when the egg implants it could very well be EPS. for some women it implants early for some late. Good luck and hope there are some BFP's in a weeks time!

I got pretty bad cramps for about 10 minutes about 4 or 5 days after DTD. I wish I knew what DPO that was....but it was DTD the 14th, cramps 18th/19th, BFP the 2nd of March.

Oh good, if implantation cramping is variable, I can hang on the the hope that that's what I was experiencing.
Sally - I DEFINITELY think you are having implantation cramping - your description sounds just like what I read on Google about it.

Cramping between 4 and 8 dpo was my clue before each of my bfp's! Good Luck!

Gosh im getting nervous. Spoke to dh and if im not pregnant i need to go see someone cause since lilly my pains and sensations have been really bad at times and Im worried something could be wrong...
