Hi guys I am just wondering what is going on I am on day cd17 I am showing a +OPK but this month I am in so much pain on my right side I can barely walk wondering if I should go up to the hospital? I am thinking they will probably just send me home this doesn't feel normal though.

Hi Charm,

I can't help too much but I do know I have had random months where I have had very sharp pains around o time. Before my first m/c I used to always know when I was o but now I don't get the symptoms I used to, only some months but I know I o every month.

Are you still in pain now? I would definitely call the Dr or hospital for their advice if the pain persists for a continued amount of time. Mine only usually lasts a couple of hours. The hospital will soon tell you whether to go in or not.

Hope you are feeling better soon and can make it to Friday night chat

If you can rule out kidney stones or appendicitis it sounds like an ovarian cyst to me. I had one and it felt like really bad cramps on my right side and it lasted almost 24 hours. I hope you feel better soon! Ibuprofen helped me btw

I had random SEVERE pains about 2 years ago. I'm talking like pains where it felt like something inside of me exploded and I was having an attack of appendicitis. Once I was doubled over on the floor, it was so bad. Turns out I was having cysts that were just incredibly painful when I o'd. Now its calmed down a little bit and isn't nearly as painful, but I can still tell when I am o'ing by some slight cramping (only on the right side though....). It can be so scary to have that "random" pain!

Ouch! I hope you feel better soon.

My first cycle after the D&C, I had so much pain and swelling on my right side that I went to the ER. An ultrasound showed that I had an unusually large follicular cyst that was trying to release an egg. I guess my body was just having a really hard time O'ing That's never happened to me before, and I hope it was just part of my body trying to get back to normal.

I hope you start to feel better soon!
Since my m/c I have been having horriable pains. Around O, after, before, I almost feel in pain more times than I'm not in pain.
