I can't really believe this but I am lossing my second baby. I started bleeding heavily a little bit ago. I've got a Dr appt in an hour but its just for my referral to the OB but I'll be asking for a referral to a fertility specialist instead. This blows.

It's not uncommon to have bleeding, even heavy red bleeding and still have things turn out ok.
How far along are you?

not even 5 weeks. I just don't have any hope left.

I had heavy red bleeding with clots at 5w6d and the baby was fine.
Bleeding in the first tri is SO common. Don't give up hope yet.

My pregnancy test at the Dr's office came back "barely positive" while my bleeding has picked up and so has the cramping. Its over.

Please don't give up hope. I'm lurking from the Nov DDC... I had an eptopic in July of 08 and a miscarriage at 8wks in Jan and now I'm almost 19wks. SO far no problems... I too was beginnig to give up hope, but I just keep praying that the man upstairs will steer me int he right direction... ((HUGS))) Maybe it's nothing and just some bleeding..
