Keeping my fingers crossed for high numbers on your second draw. The 54 is pretty low but the range for "normal" numbers is so wide that it won't matter as long as they are increasing properly.

I don't know about your numbers (if it's okay, not, but I would just stay optimistic), but I hope they start to go crazy, congrats on your pregnancy and I hope you share your next numbers with us!

If they were my numbers I would be concerned. They aren't doubling very fast...but I have had "perfect" pregnancies end. It is possible to have a slow starter and a healthy baby in the end. I will be sending you TONS of beta I really hope this baby is a sticky one for you!
