Thats a gorgeous BFP! You know what would make it look even better? Taking it to the office and shoving it up at that Dr's. ***. Unless there is something already up there taking up all the room.
And CONGRATS!!!

I don't need a medical degree to see that you're pregnant. My GYN/RE says that HPTs are as accurate as in office tests these days.

What a jerk! Are you sure you want to stick with that practice? Wonder if that arrogant jerk is the one who ends up delivering your baby? Good luck with the betas!

THAT is a beeeeeaUtiful BFP!! And I hope he turns bright red and feels like a giant arse when he reads your beta results!
HPT are almost ALWAYS more sensitive than tests at doctor's offices. Even digi's are typically more sensitive. Most hpt pick up 20-25 mIU and the one's at doc offices can range from 50 to 100mIU!!!
Can't wait to hear how the appt went!

i would put in a formal complaint about him.. doctors like that need to know that they are doing a crap *** job. Just shocking. clearly he doesn't know his but from his elbow.. and went to medical school at a clown college - qrgh.. sorry, I hate doctors that don't listen.
I look forward to hearing about your positive beta results

Sorry I didnt get back till now guys!
This doctor.. urrghh! First off, he's just a clinic doctor here that was taking my doctors place for the day. HE WILL be getting my results though, and I hope those numbers jump off the page and slap him upside the head. This past 24 hours I have been soo nervous, running to the bathroom and checking for spotting, freaking if I dont feel pain my BB's every 30mins, itching to test again just to make sure it still comes up positive. I mean he's got me in a wreck here, double guessing myself and just over annalysing everything little ping or pain thinking I am going to loose this one too. Thankfully, as soon as my BETAs come back positive, I go right to a ob/gyn and skip the doctors offices. My doctor was a sweatheart and was very sympathetic and tried everything for me when I was loosing my little one, this guy was an insensitive jerk!!
I went this morning for a urine and blood test. Funny thing is, I pee'd before going to the hospital, I JUST HAD TOO! lol Soo, my second urine was actually twice as concetrated as the FMU, soo hopefully I dont blow that urine test too. My results will come back Friday, I should have a phone call Friday afternoon. I am praying they are good numbers and not something stupid low, that will just send me over the edge right now. I am soo scared its unfit. I just want something good to happen, something that will reasure me I am ok, at least for now. And this doctor didnt help!!

When I went to the doc with my first pregnancy I got told the same thing. When I went for my betas they were of course positive. By that time I had switched doctors. I cant believe how much of a jerk he was- he literally told me that "I shouldnt bet on it." I hope your positive beta makes this guy realize how wrong he was (with some jerks though they just never realize it). I hope you dont worry too much. You know in your heart that he is wrong.

Hopefully when he realises he was wrong he will change his attitude towards patients in the future and not treat them as if they don't have a clue. I know that doesn't help YOU though.
I'm sorry he has caused you so much worry.

What is it with Dr's when we are trying to conceive they turn into dirt bags that is horrible that he second guessed you after so many + preg tests I can't wait to hear his reaction when he reads you bt results I really hope your normal GP is more sympathetic than that. Tell him to go and burst someone elses bubble!!
