well its been 2 days since the bleeding has stopped..im still debating to use protection untill my first AF...should i write everything down?? like when my bleeding stopped etc? or is it pointless?

You can write it down if you want to, your doc might ask you about it when you go see him/her next. I don't have it written down, but the dates are still in my mind, and will forever be in my mind. I've written them out so many times here on JM that I really can't forget about them.

Are you going to try this cycle or just NTNP? Good luck with whatever you do!
