Had another ultra sound this morning. We lost the little twin. Most likely based on the measurements late last week. Doctor said he saw a deformity anyway, so he's calling it a blessing that the decision was taken out of our hands.
The other looks perfect, was waving it's little arms around. DH has nicknames it Bevis because of the way it was doing that. So one very healthy baby.
I'll post the u/s pic later. Not going into work today, wouldn't be worth much there anyway.

I am so sorry you lost your little twin. It sounds like you have a great Dr. though that could comfort you and explain everything.
Yay for Bevis waving at you guys!

Sam- I'm so sorry about your little twin. It's so hard to face the lost. I'm glad that the doctor was kind and able to give you answers. I doesn't make the loss less painful, but, it may make understanding why it happened a little easier? Please know that I'm thinking of you and saying a little prayer.
It's wonderful news that Bevis (too funny  ) is doing well! I can't wait to see the pictures! Yay and congratulations!

Great news about Bevis (or Bevette). I think the outlook of your Dr is a good one - losing the little twin now was a blessing in disguise.
Can't wait to see Bevis' first picture!

Yay for strong little troopers! Ya for Beavis! I guess this was the day for me to stop in! I definitely am glad to hear you are pregnant! I'm so excited for you. I just hit 26 weeks today. I had some bad news too, but so far baby girl is doing awesome! I'm hoping the rest of your pregnancy goes awesome too!
