2WW musings

Yes, I am sitting in the 2WW. Of course I am...why else would I be agonizing about this. Anyway, I'm a few days post O....I think about 7 DPO and my boobs are huge! Well, in my book they are. Usually, I am hardly even an A. Now I am filling my bra cups. Whether or not I'm pg, maybe the boobs will stick around.

Anyway, I also have mega cramping. I have been worried because they were kinda intense on just my left side (I was freaking out with with ectopic fears). But now, they are lessening on my left side and I've gotten a few on my right.

I tested yesterday and got a BFN but that was ridiculously early. I'm going to try to holdout until 20 June. I don't know if I can do it.

Hehehe.

DH and I have what we call a "BOOB CHECK!!!!" whenever I am changing. Basically what it means is he gets to grab my boobs and be the judge of what is going on. I am only 3 DPO, but I figure its fun for him. And I figure he is the best judge of the difference anyways....he said they definitely feel heavier/fuller to him (which I thought they did in the shower as well but I thought it was just me being hopeful).

Today I was e.x.h.a.u.s.t.e.d. and I even had a white chocolate mocha....with an extra shot.... as my last relaxing Saturday at the coffee shop. I figured, 3 DPO, what could it hurt. Then an hour later, I was still about to doze off in my over stuffed chair!

Have you thought about waiting until Father's Day....the 21st to test? That's the first day I am testing...I'll be 10 DPO which could be too early but I want to test "just in case" for DH!

Ooooh! That is such a good idea. I should definitely wait, huh? That would be really cool....maybe have a "First Happy Father's Day" for my DH. But, then again, I know you understand this...I'm afraid to do something really special to announce a possible BFP and then lose it. I have a good feeling about this...but so far, we are 0 for 2 in carrying a baby to term. I'm trying to be prepared for the possibility of miscarriage just in case.

DH and I are so scared too....but there is nothing wrong with a special surprise testing for you and DH. I am a firm believer in thinking positive (to the point of annoyance), so I can annoy the crap about you all day long about my thoughts on thinking positive.

My DH has no idea that I can/am testing on Father's Day.

We can be testing buddies if you want. It'll still be early for me....but who knows, I am really feeling "in" for this cycle!

Ok...let's do it! Let's be testing buddies. I can't lie...I actually just tested and BFN....surprise, surprise. OK, I'm done until next week. Done, done, done. I can't keep being silly and wasting all these tests. I will wait to test, I can do it. I actually may have ovulated even later than my ticker says. I just stopped the pill and just guessed at my cycle length and ovulation day.

Would you ladies mind if I joined you? I am in the TTW and plan to test on the 21st. I don't want to "steal" any baby dust but hopefully there is enough for all three of us! I think I am only 3 DPO today. I didn't temp this cycle but did use OPK. No boob symptoms here-- I could use some!

I am pretty sure I am 3dpo today as well......the only symptoms I have going on are still being so exhausted.....and my boobs are sore!!!!! Very sore, heavy and "full" feeling. I feel like I need to put on 2 sports bras for support.

I'm excited that there will be THREE of us testing on Father's Day....so exciting!!!! DH has no clue thats when I plan on testing. I reallllllly want to surprise him.

LOL I am in the 2ww wait also and I have poas way to early lol story of my life I am due for af either 17th or 19th depending on how long my cycle wants to be I think I am 10dpo we can all test together!!! GOODLUCK Girls

In other symptom obsessing....my boobs don't feel as big now. Darn! And I really wish I knew how many days past O I am. I might be 8 I think....total guess in the dark. Also, I read my pregnancy test instructions today and they are only sensitive to 50 mIU. So....maybe that's why I have had 2 BFNs. AF isn't due until Saturday so maybe I better just chill, right?

ok.. just coz I <3 you all... here is a poem I am planning on using when we next fall preg to let DH know. the last couple of times I have woken him up and he is not a morning person.. so all i have gotten from him is a tiny hug while he falls back asleep.

I'm not 100% sure yet how I am going to do it.. but I think I will take a pic of the HPT and attach it to the poem.. and send a single white rose to him at work.. but see if I can get one which is closed? Not sure yet.. or maybe get a teddy bear sent to him (I think i might be nervous when the rose dies iykwim).... and im also going to use it to announce the pregnancy to all our family and friends.. will just have to tweek it a little.

so.. feel free to use it if you would like to

I'm going to test on Father's Day too! It's probably too early....btw...how early is too early?

It's my second cycle since my mc at 18 weeks. I'm still not sure my cycle is back to normal.

Bel that poem is so cute!!

I am 4dpo today....lots of weird sensations going on in my abdomen. Twinges or whatnot, which are really getting my hopes up. Then factor in everything going on with my boobs - sore, full, heavy, nipples tender/sensitive - I get a little more hopeful. And the fact that I am so tired.....it makes me think that I should find something else to obsess over, haha.

I feel really in for this month but part of me doesn't want to.

Also, I have gone from 99.9% sure I was pg to only 50% sure now. This 2ww is messing with my head. I never understood before...now I do.
