I am 4 dpo and having what some weird non-AF-type cramping. It's like a stitch in the side you'd get from exercising too hard, but veeeeery low - right below my pubic bone and to both the right and left sides. I know I've already Od and my temp shot up today, so I'm pretty sure I'm not about to O late (or again) and CM is virtually non-existent. Any insight?

Sounds like implantation. I had that too around 4dpo. Keeping my fingers crossed!!!!

sounds like a good sign to me.. i had something similar with my last pregnancy.. the only extra thing i had was an increase in cm.
