At around 6:00 this morning, our little kitten, Jennifer, died. After peacefully spending her last days with us at home she closed her eyes and "went to sleep." I hope she's with my mom and our little angel up in heaven. And I hope there are lots of birds and sunshine there for her. She will be deeply missed after making our lives better for 17 years.
thanks to all of you for your kind words and prayers.

Proudly breastfeeding, pumping, and cloth diapering my little sweet pea!
Oh Kelty!!!! I sitting here bawling.... I am so sorry... Pets are truly a gift from heaven. They know only pure love, unconditionally, a friend, and comic.... They will never judge... they will only know kindness.... If we as humans learned from animals.. The Earth would be a better place. I am so sorry for your loss.... HUGS

I am so sorry you lost your little kitty....pets are such amazing things that enrich our lives. 17 years is such a long time...I hope our little Dekes can stick around for that long.
Very sorry about your kitty. I know how you feel - I suddenly and unexpectedly lost my beloved 8-year-old cat in December. I had never felt that much grief before. But now we have two beautiful kittens who we absolutely adore, and you probably will too, someday. Hang in there! ((Hugs))
