I posted before about my Niece passing away Wednesday and I requested prayer. I just wanted to thank everyone for your thoughts and prayers. I can tell we had alot of prayers go up for us because we made it through the funeral. It was hard to let her go but we laid my baby girl to rest on Sunday. It is hard to get use to her being gone. Today I went to my mother in laws house where my Niece lived and I found myself going to my Nieces bedroom to check on her like I always did but reality set in and I remembered that she was gone when I got to the bedroom doorway and saw an empty bed. I know that my baby is not in pain anymore and now she has a set of legs that she can use (she was severely Handicapp) and she can talk now so I have comfort in knowing that she isnt suffering anymore but I miss her so very much. I feel like I have lost one of my own children because I helped my mother in law raise her. Other than My mother in law I was the only one who wasnt afraid to feed her through her feeding tube so I was the one who my mother in law would call if she needed me to babysit and I was down there almost everyday helping with her. She got her feeding tube about 3 years ago when she forgot how to suck a bottle. My mother in law had custody of her because my Brother in laws girlfriend did drugs while she was pregnant with my Niece and that is why she ended up being handicapp. She was born addicted to drugs at 7 months of pregnancy so she was also 2 months premature. She fought a good fight while she was here on this earth but one thing is for sure she doesnt have to fight anymore. I will miss her so very much. Thanks so much for listening I just needed to talk. You guys are great. Here is a picture of my beautiful Niece. She was about 5 year old in this picture. but this is a more recent picture of her. I took this picture about 3 or 4 weeks ago.

What a beautiful and special little girl. It sounds like you and your MIL made her life wonderful for the short time she was with you.

I have no other words but my thoughts and prayers are with your family and try to seek comfort in knowing that your little girl is not in pain anymore xx

OH I am so sorry hun. She is a beautiful little girl and take peace and comfort that she is in Heaven and not suffering anymore. She is now a beautiful angel watching over you.
