Mine was surprisingly light. Turns out that was probably because my doctor put me on BC to get my cycles regulated. My first AF without BC was insane!

mine was actually suprisingly heavy and longer than normal (by a couple of days)...and honestly they were whacky for another 3 cycles and i had some significant differences in the length of AF and with the cycles total length & luteal phase (very short on one).

Are you still waiting for AF post d&c or have you already had one?

I had a natural m/c and surprisingly enough, my period was completely normal! The only difference was I didn't have as much severe cramping at the beginning as I usually do.

I had a d/e.. and had no bleeding, or cramping... 35 days latter AF showed.. and it was heavy and longer bleeding than spotting for a few days longer than normal, the cramps and cramping were goddawful!!! I was in tears.... I felt like I was reliving my loss all over again.

It took me app. 11 weeks to get my period after my D & E. Mine was very heavy and very painful. It also lasted a couple days longer than normal. My cycles went back to normal after the first one.
