I had my 1st u/s today and all they saw was a sac...it measured 5 weeks so they are not concerned yet although i am! so i go for more blood work this week to check betas. My edd is feb 22 2010. Is it ok that they didnt see anything yet?

I think thats all they usually see at 5 weeks. I wouldn't get too worried about it. You said your still have morning sickness!

Ah Hun... YOU are VERY early!!!! They wouldn't see something this early. I know you will not rest untill you are holding that little miracle in your arms.. but know you are only 5 weeks... they wont see a hb for at least another week.... at the earliest!!!!!! Your Beta's will be great!!! Just stay positive.. I know easier said than done!! HUGS GIRL!!!

Try not to worry, that is all they see at 5 weeks. It is too early to see anything else. I've told myself I wouldn't go for a scan before 7 weeks next time as it is really too early to see anything or a heartbeat before then. Some ladies are lucky and see a HB at 6 weeks but not everyone. I would wait a couple of weeks and go for another scan. In the meantime hopefully your levels ease your anxiety

Congrats on the ultrasound! I think what you saw is completely normal for 5 weeks, maybe they will do another in a few weeks and you will be able to see the heartbeat! Sticky baby vibes and a happy and healthy nine months!

I think it's perfectly normal to just see the sack at this point. If you went back 1 week later you would see the fetal pole. So exciting!!!
