I have been reading that some people believe that baby aspirin helps with implantation. Has anyone found this to be true. I seem to be able to get pregnant...but not stay pregnant.

I started taking them since I read it helps the quality of the eggs released. Among other helpfull and benificial things. Have you went to your dr and asked them to check you blood levels? Levels like Proprogesterone, if they are low you can miscarry... I would also call your dr before you start on the baby asprin. It is a blood thinner, and can increase your chance of bleeding. I hope you get your BFP soon!!!! GOOD LUCK.

I take baby aspirin because I may have a little trouble with too much clotting. I actually don't know anything about implantation benefits though.

I am going in this week to get a complete "work up" done. Hopefully whatever is wrong will be an easy fix. Thank you for mentioning the aspirin and the bleeding. I didn't think about that. I'm currently having my 3rd "chemical" pregnancy. I go from sobbing to being hopeful about the future. More sobbing today though.

I read that baby aspirin helps increase blood flow to the uterus and helps thicken the lining of the uterus and prevents clots to the fertilized egg that implants.Clots can cause miscarriage.

I had 2 normal pregnancies, then 6 years later decided to have another and had a SCH that ended with my son being stillborn. We started ttc again after that and I had 3 chemical pregnancies too. After my first I started baby aspirin and B6, had another chemical and went for bloodwork and was diagnosed with 2 clotting disorders and told to start a blood thinner after a heartbeat was seen the next time I got pregnant. I got pregnant in February of this year and miscarried again, right away. At that point my regular OB decided I should try starting the blood thinner (Lovenox injections) and progesterone at 3dpo. I got pregnant the next month and am now almost 20 weeks along with my baby girl.

It can be an easy fix!
