OK ladies, found out that I was pregnant on thursday. I had a MC about 6 weeks ago. I'm now having the same pains in my back that I had 2 days before I MC'd. Is this a sign of another MC or just a coincidence?

Congrats on your pregnancy. I have never associated back pain with miscarriage, so I would not worry. Trust me I know how hard it is to be excited about being pregnant, but hopefully everything is fine!
I wonder if you have a minor back issue that flairs up when you are pregnant?
Hugs!

Congratulations!! H & H 9 months! Back pain is a common symptom of pregnancy so what you are feeling could be normal. Have you spoken with your doctor yet? You might want to schedule some bw to make sure your numbers are going up and schedule your first appt. You can also ask about the back pain as well. I wish you all the best.

OK, I've decided that the back pain is totally muscular. I'm having spasms, I also took another FRER and the line is even darker than before, I'm going to take these as positive signs. It's tough not to worry once you've had an MC. I did have some BW done on Thursday, i should get the results on Monday and my doctor told me that I could come in again in a few days just to ease my mind. Thanks for all your positive words, finding this support board has been an emotional life saver.

i agree with the other ladies...a little back pain is nothing to worry about. The big thing they say to look out for is spotting...but then again, even bleeding/spotting doesn't mean you'll miscarry either. Just relax! Congrats again!

Congratulations on your BFP. If you're still concerned, ask your Dr. about it on Monday. I'm sure that it's nothing to worry about.

congratulations on the darker lines! I would say you're probably right that it is just musculoskeletal issues. I know you'll probably be worried all 9 months though. Hopefully it's just a spasm and it won't plague you for much longer!
