I started to miscarry on Monday of last week. I felt exactly the same for a while. I'm actually still having a touch of morning sickness, but it's not as severe. I woke up this morning realizing that my bra is too big. It fit perfectly before I got pregnant. Then it was too small after I got pregnant (grew almost a cupsize). Now they have shrunk to smaller than they were before!
Is this normal?! What odd symptoms did you have after your loss?

Alice I'm very sorry for your loss.
I had lost all pregnancy symptoms before I had my m/c. That was my clue that something was wrong. The only thing that changed after my loss is that my allergies are much worse than they were before (I don't know if it's related, but I've definitely noticed it).
I hope that you start to feel like your old self again soon.

Alice,
I'm sorry your body feels so different. My body really hasn't been the same after my pregnancies. Unfortunately, everyone deals with it differently. I definitely still felt pregnant for a while even after my D&Cs... it takes a while for all the HCG to leave your system sometimes and that can cause some symptoms to linger. It should subside after a week or so. HUGS.

For weeks before I found out that my baby had no hb I started losing a lot of hair. I mean it would just come out in bushels everytime I washed it. It was so bizzare at the time, I kept thinking...WTH is going on? Hair is supposed to be thick and beautiful when you are pregnant not fall out. It all makes sense now. My hormones were changing and my body just hadn't figured it out. The other thing was that I actually had energy again. I even mentioned it to my midwife, both the hair loss and the energy rise, at my 11 week appointment. Little did I know that a few days later I would get the worst news ever.

I had very bad m/s even after I was told our hb stoped.. my d/e was scheduled for a week later.. during that time my m/s was worse than before.. the day of my d/e I was the sickest I had been. When I woke up from my d/e I had NO symptoms.. it was like a switch had been turned off. It made it so much worse.... It was like a slap.. that my pregnancy was over..

thanks for sharing ladies. Ugh... I decided to wear a patterned shirt, and it's only making it more obvious that my breasts are now two different cup sizes.

I am so sorry for your loss and then it seems your body is betraying you at the same time. I hope things get better, hormones do crazy things.
After both losses I had a D&C and the symptoms stopped, almost immediately.

I am so sorry for your loss, honey. I had lost my symptoms weeks before I finally m/c'd, but I had a missed m/c. I know it is hard, and I hope it gets better for you soon.

After the D&C, I didn't have any remaining pregnancy symptoms. Maybe that was because my body had finally realized that the pregnancy had ended, and once I started bleeding, it would have only been a matter of time before I would have m/c naturally.

I am sorry for your loss
I have had a natural and missed m/c. My symptoms pretty much disappeared straight away after the natural m/c but it took a little longer after my D&C. My boobs never went back to their normal size, although they did lose their shape. I think it took a couple of weeks for things to seem back to 'normal'.
Everyone is different so try not to put a time limit on anything. I wish you all the best for the future.

First off huge hugs hun. I am so sorry for your loss. I have had 2 m/c and the first one when I was farther along my symptoms lasted for around 2 weeks after I had my D&C. But my body is still not back to normal.

I am so sorry for your loss. For me my symptoms stopped the MINUTE I started bleeding. It was strange... like a light switch had been turned off. I didn't notice any that were too outrageous but all my bras were too big afterwards too.
