So all my fears came true today. Spotting turned into bleeding and I will be back in this game soon. Guess it is a good thing we didn't tell anyone. I can't believe this is happening again. Heartbroken!

Oh gosh, I am sorry. I know the second one is no easier. You think in your head, I will be able to handle it better, but then it happens and you are just as heartbroken.
Take care of yourself and good luck when you get back to ttc.
