Ok, yesterday made 3 weeks since my m/c and thru the night I felt some mild cramps. I kept trying to believe it was my imagination, but this morning, I was spotting (just a little). Made me feel all those feelings of what happened when I first started to have the m/c.

I feel like it's too soon to have my period, although pre m/c my periods were about 21 days apart (so this could be that). But I am not having my other typical signs of period (bloating, sore boobs, extreme cramps).

My question is... what is it? BTW- just a week ago, I tested negative for HCG levels.

It could be your period or you could be pregnant(If you've been BDing)! I don't think anyone can tell you for sure, but hoping for a BFP for you soon!
