So I MC'd 2.5 weeks ago. And in the last, oh I dunno, 5-7 days, I've been experiencing A LOT of nausea. Very morning-sickness-esque. Anyone else had this? No vomiting to speak of.
I am almost positive everything passed (will be really, really sure this week w/ blood results) and I'm just wondering ***? lol
Anyone?
Also, I've been having pain (very mild) in my lower abdomen like I did when I was pregnant; this has been going on since I was I knew I was pregnant until now, weeks after MC. It feels tingly? I don't know how else to describe it. It's gotten WAY more noticable. What is going on?

I would check with your doctor. Maybe go in and have a scan and see what the doctor says.

I have to say after my d/e it was like a switch was turned off. I went in sick as a dog.. when I came out of surgery... nothing. I am sorry I can't help, But I would say to give your doc a call.. He/she might be able shed some light...

I could be the hormones leaving your body. Those do take a bit to leave and could have the same effects as when they were building up. I know the weeks following I had a lot of hormone changes but I had a D & C so it might be different. When in doubt always call the dr to find out what they think.

Well, I started getting really horrendous pains in my lower abdomen (uterus technically) and so I went in the ER once I couldn't take it anymore. I was having nausea and lightheadedness. So they found nothing... After ultrasound, bloodwork, exam... they could find no reason why I was so painful. I have a follow up with a new obgyn on Friday. I am curious to see what she says. My hormone level is undetectable (<5) and there is no evidence of infection or retained tissue... So I dunno what the hell is going on.. *sigh*

yep, i've had that for 5 months post m/c. sorry to tell you that, i hope you don't. i was almost 12 weeks along though after my 2nd m/c. it's the whacky hormones in your body trying to regulate. can last 6 months post m/c too. but i think it matters on how far along you were and how much hcg is in your body at the time of m/c. my body didnt recognize the fact that the pregnancy wasn't viable, so it kept producing hcg. it took 6 weeks for the hcg to leave my body. if you're at all concerned check with your dr. G/L i hope it goes away fast for you!!!
