Ok, ladies...so I broke and tested today at 10DPO. And, I did it in the afternoon after work. Of course I got a BFN! Please tell me this is too early...especially in the afternoon. And I am using tests that are 50 (units??) sensitive.
Can anyone tell me some reassuring stories where you got BFNs first that turned to BFPs later? I need to keep my spirits up!

I didn't get a BFP until about 10 days after AF was due. Too early, wait a few more days. Hang in there, dear!

I have no reassuring story... however, afternoon, not FMU and not due yet means only about a 15% chance you would get a positive even if you are pregnant. Test again first thing tomorrow morning
btw - totally pulled the 15% outta my... but you get the idea!

You're definitely not out! Wait 2 more days and test with FMU....and get a more sensitive test...even the ones from the dollar store are more sensitive than what you used! BFP vibes coming your way!

I love breaking out this stat from Fertility Friend that based on their statistical analysis of all the charts on their site that the most accurate time to begin testing is between DPO13-14...prior to that there's a high rate of false negatives...so you're definitely not out yet! When is AF due for you?

Thank you ladies! I was freaking out...and I felt so good about this cycle. AF is due on Sunday. I'm 11 DPO today but could be 10 DPO too (I got 2 positive OPKs).
My boobs are still kinda full and it doesn't feel like AF is coming.
I dunno...I will buy a more sensitive test and check tomorrow. Thanks for the reassurance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you ever seen the tv show "I didn't know I was PG?"!?!?!? Some of those ladies swear that they tested the first AND second time af didn't show and still had babies. You are not out. O predictors are the devil is what I have heard. Wait a couple days before you get discouraged (we all know that all of us would, therefore, you will test today) wait a couple more days. Both of my dds were surprises, so I just went "hum, I think I should have had a period by now" so who knows how many days past af I was. Hang in there. We are ALL rooting for you.
