Little about me and not sure when to test this month (loss mentioned)

I'm fairly new around here so I'll introduce myself. My name is Tonya. I have 3 kids - Ashley 12, Elizabeth, 9 and Ian, 6. My children are all from a previous relationship. My husband and I got married March 17, 2008. We've been trying to have our first together practically since we got married. We had our first loss at 12 weeks on Halloween last year. It was the day before our first u/s and I had just very light spotting but decided to go to the e/r. That's when they did an ultrasound and said there was no heartbeat. We were told to wait until after I'd had two normal cycles to continue ttc. In June my af was almost 4 weeks late but I kept getting BFNs so I went to the OB where they got a faint line and they drew blood. It was the Friday before Father's Day and I was hoping for a BFP for Father's Day. I wouldn't get the results until Monday. Father's Day I started spotting then Monday I got a positive from the blood test but my bleeding was heavier. They drew more blood and the next day they said it was definitely another loss. This time was a lot earlier a lot less cramping and bleeding and they didn't tell me I had to wait.

My husband and I decided to go ahead and try when I saw the EWCM. I can't remember when that was I'm guessing it was over a week possibly around two weeks. July 19th was Father's Day when the spotting began. My cycles had been about 5 weeks apart before that. I wish I ever remembered to write these dates down. I think I'm afraid to test because I'm scared of the BFN. I've had some queasiness, I've been peeing a lot, really tired...

OK.. let me try to understand your dates? You have July 19th is when spotting began today? Or did you mean June?

If it was June 19th than, You are looking at bleeding on the the 22nd. That would be the Monday after Fathersday.. Since that would be your loss... AF can show up normally or be delayed after a loss. If you are looking at 5 weeks cycles.. than you "should" expect af around the 27th of July. How long is your cycles? 34-35 days would be 5 weeks. Does that sound about right? If that were the case you should Ovulate "around" day 21-22 that would give you the luteal legnth of about 14 days. (most women are 14 days luteal). And if you Ovulated on schedule... (some people do after a loss.. some are delayed) That would than place you Ovulating round 12th of July making you now 8 dpo... (give or take a day or two)

Hello & I am so sorry for your loss!

I'm Amanda, mom to Austin (13), from a previous marriage. My DH & I lost our first child together too (that we spent 3 years to conceive) on July 1st... I was 11 wks pg!

I'm sorry you're here & I so hope you get your BFP soon!

Yeah I meant June 19th and yeah my cycles had been about 5 weeks apart for awhile but it seems like I might have o'd a little sooner this time after the loss. I wasn't using any sort of fertility tracker just noticed the EWCM and I'm hoping I might have gotten lucky this time. I'm going to try to wait a little longer to test but if I can't wait I'll let you all know. Thanks for helping me figure out the dates.

Welcome and I'm sorry for your 2 losses! It is always so sad to welcome new members here. I hope that you will get that BFP this cycle and this one will stick! Sending you lots of baby dust!!!!!!!

Welcome and so sorry for you loss. To be honest I am not great with the dates. I have a period tracker with ovulation tracking on my iphone that I use. It is fairly accurate and I don't have to think about it really. So a long winded not sure

. I hope you get a bfp soon, lots of baby dust.
