Big news, and maybe big news... (updated w/photos 07/27 in #55)

Jeff is home

And...AF is late.

Earlier this month, after talking about TTC next cycle, Jeff and I had unprotected sex. I was pretty sure I knew why, but I casually asked Jeff when we were getting ready for our weekend trip if I should pack a condom. That eventually led to him telling me that he didn't want to wait to TTC at all (I knew it!).

We did a lot more bd'ing after that. I have no idea when I o'd this cycle, because my body has been all over the place. I'm atleast a day late (unless I'm going through another 40 day cycle, but by the position of my cervix, I haven't o'd anytime in the last week, and on my last long cycle, I o'd around CD 27). It could definitely be from stress. I have a lot of symptoms that could be EPS, or just PMS.

I'm getting my yearly physical and pap done today (fun

), so I'm asking my doctor for a pee test. Jeff and I agreed last night that we want it to be just us for awhile, and we'd talk about a baby again in 6 months. I know that it's not great timing, but if I'm pregnant, this baby was so wanted, and will be so loved. I'm starting to get my hopes up...

Oh my gooooooooodness!!!!!!! I am going to be anxiously waiting for an update!!!

ETA - Sometimes the Dr.'s pee test isn't as sensitive as a FRER...just something to think about.

Sounds like what happened with DH and I last time...we talked about it, decided to wait...and BAM I was preggo.

can't wait for your results... but even if it is negative you are not out!!! and no matter what happens with this cycle you are back in a good place with Jeff and that is exciting even with out this possibility!

My doctor annoys me SO much sometimes! She wouldn't give me a test until I was a week late

Thank goodness Heather's post convinced me to buy a FRER on the way to my appointment! I held my pee ALL the way home

Funny story...on the bus, there was this preggo woman sitting beside an old man, and their bellies matched

I wanted to take a picture with my cell, but I was too afraid of getting caught.

Ok, off to test now...

I know that you guys are right...but I need to give up hope, because otherwise I will drive myself NUTS until AF arrives. Seriously, the minute that I have in it my head that I MIGHT be pregnant, it's like that's all I can think about, and I HAVE to test OMGRIGHTNOW. The trip home today was excruciating.

Jeff and I will be NTNP, instead of actually preventing, for the next 6 months, so there's always a chance...

awww. I'm sorry it was bfn. But, it wasn't FMU either so don't give up just yet! I know it's hard coz all you want is to hold your pee another 5 hours to make it concentrated to poas again!
