My name is Kate, my DH is Brian and we lost our first baby this morning at 5w 4days. I have been spotting for 3 days prior, so this is actually much easier on me than it was 3 days ago, as I have had time to prepare. I just didnt' feel like my body was doing what is was supposed to and while I knew spotting is normal, i knew how my body felt was not.
It took me a year to get pregnant this time around charting and temping. So I am hoping its a little easier this time around. I know I am not alone and I look forward to meeting all of you.

Marci, I am so sorry you have to be here too, but I am glad to have a friend. I know we will graduate soon. You and I are kind of in a similar situation in that it took us forever to get pregnant and now here we are. My biggest concern right now is how this will change my cycles. I am hoping after my tests come back that I will get to speak to my doctor and see what she thinks I should do.
You are so right, the TTC 1 board has been hit hard lately. It is horrible and I sure hope we have a turn of events soon!!

Kate - so sorry to be welocming you to our group. It is a group of very strong women and I know you will find great comfort here. Ask anything or just vent - these ladies will support you in both!
I do hope that now that your body knows what to do to GET pregnant you will get your sticky bean soon!

I don't want to sound cliche', but I'm really very sorry to hear what happened today. We've all suffered a loss or losses and can definitly help you any way you need it.
I'm new here and everyone has been absolutly wonderful and I'm glad that I joined here, hope you are too!
