Hi everyone. I am new to this forum and would just like some type of advice or wisdom from you ladies I am 27 yrs old with 2 beautiful children. A 7 yr old daughter and a son who will be 3 in a few weeks. I had my first miscarriage July 1st. It was a very, very early one because my HCG levels were already down to 25. I passed everything and stopped bleeding within a week. It was much like a normal heavier period. It is now Aug 2nd and I still haven't received my AF yet. I have only had sex a handful of times with my fiance so I seriously doubt I am pregnant. When should I expect my AF? I am starting to get AF like cramps, More discharge, and bloated. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I have heard it is quite common to get your first AF between 3-8 weeks of the M/C. I think it can varry quite a bit.

I'm sorry for your loss! Everyone's body is different, so it's hard to say how quickly AF should show up for you. The docs usually say between 4 - 6 weeks. With my first m/c AF showed exactly 4 weeks later, but some ladies on here had to wait much longer. I also know a couple of ladies who never got AF, because they were already pregnant. I hope that your body retruns to it's normal cycles quickly and good luck ttc again!

We m/c on the same day though I had a D&C shortly after my m/c on July 1st! I haven't gotten my AF yet either. I'm giving it until next Wed... if AF hasn't shown by then (that will be 6 wks since the m/c) I'm calling my dr.

I'm so sorry for your loss.

Everyone is different. I had my loss @ 10 weeks, and AF showed 23 days later. I think a lot depends on how long your cycles are normally. I would guess that AF should show within 4 - 6 weeks.

Everyone is different as you have probably seen. I think it depends on cycles before and how far along you were. I hope AF returns quickly so you can get back to normal. I am so sorry for your loss and welcome to the board.
