Would it be TTC #1 (being your first together)

or would it be TTC # ? (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, +) including the children you've birthed

I'm just curious what you ladies think... I was assuming it would be TTC# 1 for us even tho I've had 3 biological babies

Then sometimes I think it would be TTC# 4 but it wouldn't be his 4th

Then with his 2 (one we have custody of & one from 17yr that is with her mom he didn't know until after she was 2mo) So if we counted all the kids it would be TTC # 7.

I dunno!

Thats a tough one. Your first together, but cannot discount the others between you already. I say Im trying for number 5, because it will be my 5th that I have birthed. It will be his 3rd, and we would tell people that this our 8th! But for personal thoughts, this is my first with DH, so I kind of look at it that way in my heart. People will always ask you how many children do you have, and you cant say none, so you usually tell them all of them, including his making this one the grand total

i am ttc our first together and i have a child from a previous relationship... i count my ds as my 1st, as he was.. but then i don't have any step kids from his side to throw in. so mine is less confusing.. but then, some people also count each loss as well.. so, looking at it that way i am ttc #4 its all very confusing isn't it hehe.

I always put TTC #2, Pg with #2 before the m/c... I have a 13 yo from a previous marriage who DH pretty much claims is His child so it's #2 for us. Though I'm not sure anymore considering the m/c... I think I'm going to up to to #3 the next go around but I'm not sure.
