Actually I'm not sure how it really went. I was diagnosed with PCOS And told there is defiantly something wrong. She took 5 tubes of blood today and I have to go for several other tests before going back and seeing her in September. She is really nice and really seems to care and want to help me so hopefully I will get my BFP someday soon.

I'm sorry to hear of your diagnosis. I have PCOS too and there is a wonderful board here that will be great for all your questions. Does your Dr. seem to think something else is wrong besides PCOS? I hope everything else comes back fine cause PCOS is "treatable". Good luck!

So glad you have got some answers. Looks like you've got a great Dr.

PCOS is treatable - there is medication that you can be given (ie: clomid, metformin). The other tests should determine what medication you need. I am currently on the lowest dose of Metformin & apart from a few odd days of feeling generally unwell, the side effects have been minimal. I have even lost 1.5kgs by changing my diet & doing more exercise - things that will only help me in the short & long term. GL I hope you get your BFP soon.
