I will be going with my mom on the 22nd to see a Medium. I know some people do not believe in meduims/psychic/readings. I do believe in the afterlife, I believe in spirits and do look forward to seeing this meduim. I wonder if she will know or bring up my losses.. If we are chossen for a reading. I have also gotten a Jenni and Cherri reading.. my Jenni reading was WAY off.. totally wrong. my Cherri is Thanks for being patient with me while I got back to your reading. They show me a JULY connection and a GIRL so this is either birth month, conceive month or the month you find out in. (Then she goes in to tell me about her, and what she wil be like, I wont bore you with all that)

I had a Jenni reading. She was completely wrong, I would be 2 months pregnant right now. I got the reading right after my loss and was reaching for any kind of hope... It was worth the $8 as her reading helped me look towards the future when all I wanted to do was lay in bed and cry.

I had the jenni and cheri reading, Jenni was wrong but cheri knew I was already pg and then just said girl so who knows.

I did have a reading (very expensive) done by a Sydney Pshyic and she was insanely spot on... I hadnt told her I was pg and she said her breast hurt, and she said she thought I was 10/11 wks along.

She said a NUMBER of other things about weight, work parents, self view and husband that no one else knows and it was like she was talking from my mouth.

So YES I do believe in them but I also believe its hard to find the genuine ones through all the 'others'.

I believe in psychics and mediums.
I have a paranormal investigation group, if anyone is interested in our findings.
None of us are confirmed mediums (although myself and a friend seem to attract all sorts of energy)
But yes, I have had a reading..
It was a Roxy reading; and she said it has to do with May and a girl..
My friend's wife says I am to have a May baby and it's to be a girl as well. Without any prior knowledge. she considers herself a communicator.. She's actually quite amazing..

Kary I worked in a "center" where I dealt with psychic's, massage therapists, A.R.E. people, confrences and workshops from people from all over the world with all sorts of beliefs and have friend's that are & work as psychic's... they all told me I was very highly receptive and intuitive... it's kind scarey how much so I don't really tell people about it. Um, it can creep people out LOL! So YES I totally believe... a friend of mine who read aura's and did psychic readings once told me to always listen to my intuition and my "gut instinct" actually several of my friends in that line of work did.

I say go for it, BUT take it with a grain of salt... sometimes there's mix messages and they're (medium's) channling it or if you take someone that can confuse the reader, but it all depends on the medium or psychic, etc...

Kary, I definitely believe in psychics (you just need to find the real ones amongst all the fakes who try to take advantage of vulnerable people).

I went to a lady about 7 years ago who read tea leaves. She knew nothing about me but everything she said was spot on. She even said I would meet a Matt (my DH) who works with computers (he is it IT). She never said he would be my DH but said he would come into my life and left the rest up to us! There were so many other things she got right, she even described my house (she didn't even know my last name). I found it went better when I told her if she was right about something. I think it helps them when you let them know if they are right or wrong with what they are saying. I was very careful not to give away too much though as I wanted her to tell me!

Anyway she saw me with 2 girls which is strange as I always thought I would have boys (not that I care!).

I say go for it, just keep an open mind and don't take everything as gospel. I am currently waiting for a reading from Ruby but she is over a week late when she said she would get it to us. Think I might give Cherri a go, sounds like she is much better than Jenny!

I love that kind of thing!! I got a Roxy reading and a Cheri reading. You can see the in my siggy but the predicted the same thing. I thought that was kind creepy!

Also, I do believe in these sorts of things b/c I have the occasional psychic moment myself.

I get my cards read at least once a year... As for seeing a meduim.. this will be first. I was going to get tickets for John Edwards last March... but than my grandmom got real bad.. so I never ordered then since it would of been a weekend trip for me and mom.
