5 days late...neg hpt?!?

So what the heck is going on, is my body still scewed up? I've taken like 4 hpts and they are all neg is it too early? with my dd it was positive before i stopped peeing and with this last pregnancy i took the test more than 5 days early and it was positive. I just don't get it. if i still don't have af on monday i'm calling the dr....

Sharilyn, Hugs that your body is doing this to you. Will this be your first Cycle after you m/c? It can take a few cycles for your body to get back on track. You alslo might have O'd late so you might be earlier than you think. I know hearing this dosen't make it any easier. I you get some answers soon.

I am sorry you are going through this. My body has been off since my loss. I had 21 day cycles like clockwork, now they are all over the place. My doctor says it takes time for our bodies to get back to normal and that everyones bodies are different. Some bounce right back, some take longer. I hope you get answers soon.

it could be a number of things, O'd earlier or later than thought so it might still be too early to detect, AF isn't due yet, etc... I hope you get some answers soo either a

or af or SOMEthing!

Have you decided whether or not you're going to your dr?

Since my m/c I have ovulated 3 to 5 days later than my usual 27 day (clockwork) cycle). I had to use OPKs otherwise I really think I would have missed O each month. So as the other ladies have suggested, perhaps O was later than you expected because of hormones etc.

my body was all screwed up for 5 cycles post m/c. HUGS to you hun, sorry about the witch being late... IF she's going to show, she should have the courtesy to be on time!

It could still happen. I did not get a positive pregnancy test with my daughter until a week after I thought my period would come. With my little angel I got a positive a couple days before AF was due. I'm guessing it can be different with each pregnancy. Good Luck!
