I know I shouldn't be doing this, but I couldn't help myself. I bought 4 (yes 4) EPTs yesterday and peed on each one this morning in hopes to see the line get darker. And yes it was FMU. Well...getting a bit worried... the FRER Digi said NO , the regular FRER line was very faint, the cheapy test was barely there at all and the only good line I got was on the Clearblue Easy test. Just don't know what to think anymore. I haven't started bleeding yet, but I've been getting these strange cramps that are kind of in my back, different from normal pregnancy cramps.
I am so numb right now and am just expecting the worst. I'm exactly in the same spot I was last time around and that really scares me.
*****UPDATE - Aug.17 @ 4pm*******
So the dr. from the clinic where I had my bt done on Friday (it's a walk in clinic right by work) called me and the nurse said that the dr. looked at my bt results and wants to see me. Okay now I'm freaking out even more! I ran right over and didn't have to wait. Didn't like the dr. one bit though. She started out by asking me if I've had any bleeding since Friday. Not so far! Then she tells me that my beta was at 36, which is pretty low and she'll have to repeat the bt. Then she went over my chart and asked me about my previous test I did back in June and what happened. I said, well that ended up in a chemical...she looked at me and says "the bt was negative" ...I beg to differ 16hcg is positive to me even if it's low. but anyway! Then she looked at my other pages and says: 'you have 3 kids already...you want another one??" UGGRRRRRRR!!!!! Is she for real??? Did I ask her opinion?
I make nice and tell her the ages of the kids and she goes...'oh...you'll be busy!'. if it wasn't for the bt requisition that she hadn't given to me yet, I would have stormed out of there.
So that's where we are at. I will have the bt results hopefully tomorrow afternoon. Hopefully she won't make me come in and see her and just tells me over the phone.
I don't know.....kind of numb right now. hoping for a miracle but expecting the worst.

call your doctor! Perhaps it would pput your mind at ease to go there and get bloodwork and everything done.
I don't think your pg tests are going to be super dark right now anyways, you're not that far along honey... stay calm and breathe.
Ok, it could be a number of things so please don't jump to the worst of them... I know I'm one to talk as I get ready for my appt this morning Please call your doctor and schedule an appt, explain to the nurse and be emotional... let them know how scared you are and maybe they caan get you today!
Good luck honeybunch! STICK STICK STICK baby!!!

Thanks ladies. I did get a bt on Friday and am waiting for the results. I guess we'll go from there. I swear I will not be buying anymore tests. They just mess with my sanity.

I check in on you girls occasionally and just needed to respond!
After losing my last baby I had a really hard time when I got my next BFP. I actually spent most of my time worring and crying. I had blood work done immediately and actually went to the hospital lab an hour later and requested the results. 2 days later they checked them again... numbers only went up by 11. so they prepared me for another MC well Chase is now here. so you just never know what is going to happen. Those numbers dont always go up by doubling like they say. They dont always show up in your urine... the miracle of conception isn't set in stone... there are so many different things that can happen!
So until you get your #'s and you let your body do what it needs to do... try to relax! I know it's hard... but for your sanity and the growth of this new lil life.. BREATHE!
I hope you get a call soon with your #'s.. or do like me.. go ask for the print out! Anyone who has been through pregnancies and trying knows what # to look for! lol!
I'll check in on you... If you're only marked at 4 weeks 4 days.. you are still sooo soo early. Most of the time my tests didnt show up til well after my period was due.....
hang in there!

Good luck hope the tests come back with good news. If it makes you feel any better people tell me that I should just give up and be happy because I have one child already. It is so frustrating, I know.

I was gonna say 36 at 4 weeks is PERFECTLY FINE!!!
PREGNANCY STATUS SERUM hCG LEVELS
from conception from LMP (mIU/ML or IU/L)
7 days 3 weeks 0 to 5
14 days 28 days 3 to 426
21 days 35 days 18 to 7,340
28 days 42 days 1080 to 56,500
35 - 42 days 49 - 56 days 7,650 to 229,000
43 - 64 days 57 - 78 days 25,700 to 288,000
57 - 78 days 79 - 100 days 13,300 to 253,000
17 - 24 weeks 2nd trimester 4060 to 65,400
25 wks to term 3rd trimester 3640 to 117,000
After several days postpartum nonpregnant levels (<5)"
Guideline to hCG levels during pregnancy:
hCG levels in weeks from LMP (gestational age)* :
3 weeks LMP: 5 - 50 mIU/ml
4 weeks LMP: 5 - 426 mIU/ml
5 weeks LMP: 18 - 7,340 mIU/ml
6 weeks LMP: 1,080 - 56,500 mIU/ml
7 - 8 weeks LMP: 7, 650 - 229,000 mIU/ml
9 - 12 weeks LMP: 25,700 - 288,000 mIU/ml
13 - 16 weeks LMP: 13,300 - 254,000 mIU/ml
17 - 24 weeks LMP: 4,060 - 165,400 mIU/ml
25 - 40 weeks LMP: 3,640 - 117,000 mIU/ml
Non-pregnant females: <5.0 mIU/ml
Postmenopausal females: <9.5 mIU/ml
* These numbers are just a GUIDELINE-- every woman’s level of hCG can rise differently. It is not necessarily the level that matters but rather the change in the level.

Trish - Take no notice of that insensitive DR! I know of people who have had low levels and have been told to expect the worse and they ended up with a beautiful healthy baby, just like some of the girls posting on here.
I know it is so hard not to be terrified, just try to take one day at a time. Thinking of you
