Recently I went to the store to buy a few items. While I was near the feminine care section I noticed a man nervously checking out some items. I watched him for a minute (because I'm nosy) and he fumbled to pick up a pregnancy test and left the section quickly. This got me to thinking...What does my husband act like when I ask him to pick "things" up? Is he one of those men who looks lost?

So my question of the day is how does your husband/boyfriend act when you ask him to pick something up for TTC purposes? Do you ever ask him to get something that maybe you don't even want to buy? Any good stories. I thought I'd ask a fun question for a change.

I know that one time I went to the store with my husband to get a pregnancy test and he loudly said "Are you getting a pregnancy test?" when I picked it up. He is always trying to embarrass me.

My Dh does not get embarrassed easily. He would walk right in pick it up and carry it around as if it was nothing lol.

My DH gets really embarrassed. I've yet to ask him to get a pg test, but can't even handle tampons, so who knows what he would do! Next time he makes me mad, I'm thinking about making him go get me some Monistat just for revenge!

The only time I had to ask Jeff to get me anything was when I was in the hospital after the D&C He would probably be fine with it. I'm the one who still gets embarrassed to be seen buying tampons and pregnancy tests (no idea why), and he thinks it's silly.

LMAO Krystal..you are funny! Thanks for the giggle
God forbit I'd ask DH to pick anything like that up. He'd never do it. Plus he's probably get the wrong stuff anyway.

My DH figures they know its not for him LOL. I haven't asked him to pick up a pregnancy test but I would imagine him telling the lady behind the counter that it was for him or something silly. He is a goof.

my DH not only picks it up for me, any kind of feminane hygene, but he will even go to the pharmacy if he does not see what I asked for specifically and ask the pharmasist if they have it behind the counter! He recently had to ask the pharmasist for CBE digital OPK's, as they only had the regular POAS kind on the shelf. He even peeled the coupon on the box of FRER'S and gave it to the cashier, he is not embarassed at all!

my dh was a nursing student so he is very clinical about it all... he has on numerous occasions picked up thrush cream for me.. tampons (although he often would get the wrong brand... which just annoys me, im very loyal to my tampon brand lmao) preg tests etc... he never has had a prob with it

My DH is the type that will go buy a pg test and get into a conversation with the Wal-Mart cashier about it! He is never embarrassed...haha.

ROFLMAOPIMP Krystal!!!

No my DH doesn't even think twice about it and he actually was so demanding one time that I was pg about 4-5 months ago that he went out and got a hpt! Didn't ask me for a brand or anything, LOL!

He would however get embarassed if I asked him to get me a PS3 game that got horrible reviews from the GameStop close by (mainly because he knows the guys and they'd RAZZ him to high heavens LMAO!!!)

I've never asked DH to pick up anything "feminine" for me. He said that he wouldn't be embarrassed. I'm worried that he wouldn't get exactly what I wanted.
