I'm just a bit proud of myself. I got on the treadmill yesterday for a whole 35 mins, and I even jogged some of it!

I'm a bit happy!

OH that is great! I wish I had room for a treadmill!!! I started walking in the begining of the summer.. but when we had the month of rain , I got off schedule.. I need to start walking again.

That is so awesome! How did you get yourself started? I have a full fancy gym downstairs and have not stepped foot in it! I really want to lose this weight (I have 13lbs to lose) but can't get myself motivated.
