I never even thought about it, but as I started sneezing and remembered that I forgot to take my 'reactine' pill for ragweed it dawned on me...what if I have no CM this cycle because of the allergy meds I'm taking. Anyone know??

I believe it can, because of the anti-histamine in it, dry up the CM as well. CM is just another form of mucous.

They told me to use preseed because of my medication for allergies. So I hope it helps you.

That would be an great big YEP.... I had that happen a few months ago.. My allergies were so horriable.. I took allergy meds and dh ended up getting chaffed... to the point he needed neosporin...... poor thing....

I have read the pre-seed will help with that... I used it this cycle for the first time.

Ok so stupid questions here we go . Allergy medicine won't stop ovulation just dry you up a little down there right? And if you watch cm maybe not so obvious when you O? And what is preseed? I can guess or google... I take claritin I don't want it to mess up my cycle .

Jess..it better not mess up O. I still O'd so you're okay..but I guess the CM is a bit on the dry side for me anyway. I am actually noticing some today and I guess I O'd sometime in the night (as per my nurse, bt & u/s) .
PreSeed is a lubricant you use which has the same ph balance as CM, so it is safe for the 'swimmers' and if you don't have much CM it helps them survive longer, cause it doesn't kill them like other lubricants. You can find it in a pharmacy behind the counter. I've used it a couple of times now and the first time I did I had a BFP, so I like it.

I think you already have the answer, but will chime in with a YES....personal experience has proven that for me!
