for those of you who noticed... I have been posting this cycle without a ticker. My plan was to leave it off this cycle and see if it meant i obsessed less. That didn't work... still obsessed all cycle about every little thing. BUT the surprising thing is that it made the 2ww go by much quicker! It occured to me today that I could be 8dpo already and "could" test in 2 days. I am trying to make myself wait until at least Friday becuase I could also only be 6dpo.

Anyway just thought I would explain what i learned this cycle about tickers (and my obvious obsession with them).

hmmm... that's a good idea. I think I might try that next time. Hopefully there won't be a next time, but YKWIM. I think if you lose track of time (if that's at all possible) it does make things more bearable and less crazy. Good luck Michelle, hope you get a nice surprise in a few days.

I know what you mean. I'm not charting this summer and not knowing "exactly" how many DPO I am really makes the obsessing decrease. E.G. My bbs are tender, but I may only be 4DPO so it's obviously not EPS! Gee, I should check my chart, oh wait, I don't have one. Oh well, I guess I should get back to work then. La dee dah....
