Hi everyone. My name is Carrie and a week ago tomorrow will be the 1 week anniversary of my little boys birth/death. Little Eli was born at 26 weeks, he had died a few days earlier though.
In my heart I want so badly to be pregnant again. It's almost like an innate physical need. But, in my head I know that nothing can take the pain away and another pregnancy is not going to replace my baby boy Eli or make things better.
So, I am just introducing myself. We won't be TTC again for several months I am sure but I just needed to get that out there.

welcome Carrie...i've been thinking of you and your family a lot over the past week. i hope you've been getting the support you need as you grieve Eli. HUGS
This is a great group of ladies...and as you feel up to being around TTC talk, I found it really helped me to focus on the future even while i was not yet ready to TTC again. I hope you find the same comfort here that I did....

I agree with Lara - sometimes it helps the days pass by when you can talk about what is going on evenif you are not actually TTC. The ladies here are extremely supportive.

I have been thinking about you a lot this past week, too. I hate that you're here, but glad you can get some support from us. It's a very mixed feeling welcoming new members here.
I have prayed a lot for you, your family and Eli. I'm just so sorry about the loss of him.
I, too agree that this place can help the time pass, even if you aren't TTC. I was in and out of here for the 8 months between our loss and TTC and it was a great help. I hope it will be the same for you.

Hey Carrie.. I also have been thinking about you and praying for your family. I am so sorry you have to go through this. I agree that this group is a great group of women, and it has helped tremendously for me.. You can talk about almost anything and everyone here can share similar feelings.. Hang in there hun..HUGS!!!
