Ok so I just want to be sure I am not being stupid. If you get the egg white (ew) mucus that means O is happening, or that it is coming? I can't remember and I don't want to miss it LOL. If it is coming than I am a little later than I thought I would be this month. I don't temp or anything usually just watch for the signs. But now I am feeling very unsure. We have been BDing alot so I just figured I didn't notice. Thanks for any information.

You can get it several times in your cycle before, during or after... just keep BD'ing

however, it's the *MOST* fertile mucus so if you're having it you can assume that you're in your fertile period of your cycle and ovulation is gearing up... or is about to happen. GOOD LUCK Jess!!!!

ewcm means your body is gearing up to o and it's the most sperm friendly environment. however, ewcm does not mean that you have or will o. only a temp shift (and of course bw) can confirm o. check out fertilityfriend.com. lots of great q and a sections there. i would really encourage you to start temping/charting. i love it. i've learned tons about my cycle from keeping a chart! good luck!

I agree with all the pp advice, and also that when the ewcm is noticeably gone, that should mean you o'd, in a normal cenario. Good luck!
