I went to the DR today for my follow up.. It has been 4 days since I had the shot of methrotrexate.. The Dr said he would be happy just to see my levels between 4500 and 5000.. Well Sunday in the ER my levels were at 5600... Today the dropped to 3750.. So I am happy to see that they are dropping nicely. I am sure my DR will be really pleased to see those numbers.. I am sad to see that the pregnancy is definitely is ending but I now I made the right decision since eptopic pregnancies can't go to term anyways... Just wanted to give you all an update.

Lindsey, glad to hear the numbers are dropping better than your doctor had hoped! Thank goodness it was found, I've read some pretty scarey things about ectopic pregnancies... sounds like you're somewhat at peace with it tho. I'm so sorry that you're going thru this

honey I hope the results continue to do better than expected!

I know its kind of bittersweet but it is good to know that your body is doing what it needs to. I hope they continue to drop quickly for you!

Big hugs. I'm glad you are out of the woods on this one...ectopic pregnancies can end very badly. It sounds like you are well taken care of over there. I'm sorry for your loss. I know how sad it is.

Thanks ladies for the kind words... I am at peace with it, but it still hurts sometimes.. AT the Dr's office I was around all these pregnant ladies and new babies, and it had me soooo depressed and I think the Dr and the nurse both saw it.. The nurse gave me a big hug and told me she was soooo sorry.. My Dr gave me a pat on the back and talked with me all the way out the door. So yeah I guess I am being taken care of.
