Hi ladies,

Just wondering what you ladies are doing to aid in the TTC process?? I heard lots of different things before I got pregnant with my DD but I can't remember what they were, or why. The only thing I remember is using pre-seed if you don't have much CM. Please share what you are trying or heard or any websites I can look at!!

Thanks

I recommend charting and using OPKs or a fertility monitor to make sure that you time your BD'ing right. Pre Seed or Pre are great as well. If you don't produce a lot of EWCM you might want to take Robitussin or Evening Primrose Oil before you O (or just drink a lot of water). You can try using an Instead Cup right after BD'ing to keep the sperm close to the cervix. I know that I'm missing some other tricks. I hope that whatever you do works.

I took chinese herbs (from a chinese doctor) and got acupuncture one a week. The first month I started I got a BFP.
Also I've read- orgasming after he has, can help suck up sperm to the right place.
And I'd say do fun things that make you feel happy and relaxed and eat tasty food - so your body says 'hey life's good right now - time to make more! woohoo!' That's my theory anyway

Having sex?! jk - truly I have no 'tricks', well the ones I've tried haven't worked.

If I hear of any from others I'll be sure to pass on
