I just had my follow up appointment with the RE to go over my test results. Basically all my tests came back normal, which is a good thing. DH is also fine. The only thing that was out of the ordinary was the FSH, which even though it was within the 'normal' range, by his standards it was a bit high. He likes to see it under 10 (it was 10.8) so that and my age and the multiple m/c makes him believe that it's the egg quality. I kind of thought that was probably the case. So he's put me on the meds (Femara) to get the egg to a better quality. He doesn't think it's going to make me O multiple eggs, just make them 'better'. Besides the baby aspirin he also wants me to take Vitamin E and then the progesterone once I O. He also said that he wants to monitor me really closely once I have a BFP. So he is very optimistic that we'll be pregnant very soon.
Oh and I asked him about the blocked tube and he said that the test only showed that there was no fluid going through the right side, but that doesn't mean it's blocked. Sometimes one tube is more narrow, either temporarily or permanently, and that would make the fluid go through the bigger side only. But because he knows that I can get pregnant he doesn't need to investigate it any further. My uterus looked good also, no fibroids or anything abnormal.
So hopefully the meds will do the trick...if not, we'll just have to keep on trying to catch that perfect eggie.
Oh he also said that my FSH this cycle is better. Maybe this is my month!
