why am I so mad? (pg mentioned)

Hi Ladies,
Just got a message telling us our friends had a little girl Lilly....
I think because it is only 2 weeks after our EDD and today being a 'stressful' day but I just couldnt sleep at all last night and I cant work out if Im anrgy or upset.
Im not one of those people who gets upset about names etc.... or so I thought.
I think it comes back to be thinking 'what did they do to get their beautiful baby that i didnt?'
I know I should be happy, im in a good situation but Im hoping my support and girls can help me feel sane....
Not been a good weekend, hence the no show Friday

You're upset because you're grieving honey! It's ok to feel that way and it's totally normal

*hugs* I can understand where you are coming from and I think its natural to be upset. Its a very hard time.. edd's and such, no matter what your situation is now there is still the what would have been type feelings which i can understand

I know how you feel too. It is hard when others have babies and you don't... You sucks big time. You're not at all crazy for thinking that way!

I think that what you are feeling is totally normal. You can be happy for your friend and upset for yourself at the same time. Share is her joy and have your private cry at home and on here with us. Hugs.

I agree - so soon after your EDD is hard enough, but with the same name... I know I would feel angry too - it would just feel like too much.

Oh sweetie

It is understandable that you should be upset, especially with the name, that is a double blow. Having raging hormones going through your body wouldn't help either

You will always love your angel and grieve for them in some way but I'm sure when you hold your healthy baby in your arms the pain will somewhat be easier.

We missed you at Friday night chat, remember you can always pop in even if you feel lousy and then we can try and cheer you up

I just wanted to bump this up and see if you were around to give us a little update on you....

I kind know the feeling about someone using a name that you have.... have to tell you that a friend of mine used the name Rose, it REALLY bothered me since I had planned on using it in honor of my Grandmother who I was by her side as she passed....
