This is horrible! I am dried up like the desert. I've had little CM before, but nothing like this. You will laugh, but we tried to bd yesterday and I was in so much pain afterwards, it felt like I was a cheese being grated. LOL I started chugging down benadryl this morning and am going to get me some more Preeseed, cause Lord help me, I refuse to dtd without some kind of lubricant again.

Did I say benadry?? I am losing my mind. I think it's still a side effect of last night's bd'ing. LOL I meant Robitussin!

oh, no! i'm sorry. i was going to suggest preseed. i have a friend who used that w/ great success. however, i thought all antihistamines (benadryl included) actually dried you up. i've heard that mucinex helps produce some cm. have you tried that?

I tried pre-seed this cycle and really liked it. I would consider using it again even if we weren't TTC.

I am so sorry, I wouldn't have been able to BD with pain like that. I hope you feel better!

Oh no!
I know what you mean about no CM. I too feel like a desert.... Luckily I just got info that the chemist down the road stocks pre-seed.... I am off to get some tomorrow then!

I have bad visuals of a cheese grater on you know where.... sorry....

LOL Bena"dry". I have also heard green tea can help! And lots of water! But I would definitely try the preseed. If you order it online sometimes you can get deals and it comes with free preg tests and ovulation strips! Good luck!

ouch!

another tip.. if you take evening primrose oil during the first half of your cycle it can help.

and green tea definitely helps.. I have one cup a day, normally in the morning (because I take my elevit of a night so its best to take your folate/preg vitamins and drink green tea away from each other as the green tea hinders your folate absorbtion) and I have noticed a massive change just from 1 cup a day.

I hope the preseed helps.. and did i say OUCH!
