OK, so as you ladies know from my previous posts today, I have had a chemical pregnancy, or my doctor just referred to it as a miscarriage but said it never implanted (so therfore I call it a chemical pregnancy). I haven't started bleeding yet, and apparently if I don't then my doctor said he will perform a D&C. Now, I'm a nurse, so I feel dumb asking this, but I'm a pediatric nurse so we don't have these issues. So the question is....I have EWCM right now so why would that be? I just don't get it. I'm obviously not ovulating if I haven't released the fertilized egg yet, so why it it EWCM? It's actually a lot, too. Since my BFP's my CM was cloudy and now it's EWCM. Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!!

Very common after a loss. The body is trying to get stable again with the hormones. I had this too, about 1 day before bleeding, all the way through the first 4 days of bleeding.
